Leather Cleaner and Stain Removers

Basic Leather Cleaner

1/4 Cup White Vinegar

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Mix Vinegar and Olive Oil in a spray bottle.  Shake well before spraying. Wipe off with a soft cotton cloth.

Leather has pores and they need to be kept clean. As the first step you should take a soft cloth and wipe the dust off of your furniture.  Next spray on some Basic Leather Cleaner and wipe it off with a soft cloth.

You may use Ivory soap or a moisturizing soap to get a lather then buff it off with a soft cotton cloth.  Do not rinse it.

Stains, Stains Go Away

There are a couple of approaches you can take.  First try rubbing some toothpaste on the surface of the leather and buff off. For stubborn stains you can use alcohol on a cotton ball.  For ink you may use non-acetone nail polish remover or non oily cuticle remover.  If you have a problem stain that nothing else will remove try aerosol hairspray.
