Edible San Marcos will be at the Saturday Farmer’s Market from 9-noon selling vegetable and herb plants as a fundraiser. We have 5 types of tomatoes, 2 peppers, eggplants, kale, basil, rosemary, cilantro, and mint. All are organic, heirloom, adapted to CenTex and lovingly raised. We’ll be there every Sat., starting February 19,2011 through March, adding new plants every week as they mature.
