If you are interested in capturing the water from your property and using it in the landscape, this is the workshop for you. The name of the game is keeping the water on your property and using it. You will learn all about terracing, check dams, and planting native drought tolerant plants that are deer resistant and beautiful including edible vegetable gardens. The cost of the workshop is $5.

Farmer’s Markets

Tuesday 3-6 pm 204 S. Edward Gary Rain or Shine under canopy. WIC accepted.

Saturday 9 am-1 pm  San Antonio St, between Guadalupe and LBJ

Food Bank Garden Workdays

We will be working in the garden 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10 am. The address is 624 E Hopkins, behind St Johns Church.  Come out and join us as we have gardening lessons each week. You can learn while you help, mentor, or just have fun, either way you are contributing. Make sure to bring gloves and water.  If you have any tools bring them along!  Check the here for cancellations due to rain.
