Sweet Potato Soup

1 1/2 Quarts baked, peeled and cubed sweet potatoes.

Put in a 3 quart pan and almost cover with water.

Bring to a light boil

Remove from heat

Add salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Puree with a hand blender.

Add 1/3 of a quart of regular hemp milk.

Blend and eat.
